Mark Hardwick has been promoted from Director of Aftermarket to Vice President of Operations.
Mark has been a leader, mentor, and Loftin advocate since going through his first hurricane 10 years ago in Houston. During the last 10 years he has established the Texas operation in the Aftermarket Departments (Service, Parts, and Rental) as well as guiding the AZ/NV/NM/CO group. He has led this group to best in class performance in a number of categories. He has a sterling reputation throughout the industry and was instrumental in helping Loftin win Kohler’s AMPS (Aftermarket- Parts and Service) Award in 2017. As we ramped up our engine efforts, Mark has directed traffic and oversaw the successful transformation of the engine business and lobbied heavily to get additional space for Houston and the new production facility. Mark holds himself and his team to a high standard and we are proud to have him represent the family!
Tom Kelly - Vice President of Sales
Tom Kelly has been promoted from Director of Sales to Vice President of Sales.
Tom has brought a professional, disciplined approach to the sales team while coaching our team with process and accountability. He was instrumental in implementing a CRM tool and shifting our quoting process to a bid center. Tom is extremely competitive and takes amazing care of our customers. He guided the Loftin team to winning Kohler’s Distributor of the Year for Residential/Lt. Commercial in 2016. His cross selling approach has led to improved cash flow through inventory reduction and he is constantly looking out for Loftin’s best interests in all facets of the company. We are lucky to have such a highly motivated and devoted individual! Tom will lead the effort in our Generator Sales world so we can achieve the mark of $31M, $41M, and $51M in Kohler Orders by the end of 2020.
Luke Livak - Vice President & CFO
Luke Livak has been promoted from Director of Finance to Vice President & CFO.
Luke began his Loftin career 10 years ago helping implement Dynamics Great Plains and Wennsoft. He leads by example and is action oriented. He is the first person to look in the mirror and question if he and his team are doing everything they can to help the companies succeed. Luke has orchestrated a number of round table discussions in a quest to provide everyone with better tools and better data. He logs a tremendous amount of hours and is heavily involved in “best in class” pursuits in finance, process, and continuous education. He is responsible for protecting our backside, making sure we are as profitable as possible, and forecasting so we have the proper cash flow to finance reinvestment back into the business. Most recently, Luke was nominated by an outside partner for CFO of the Year Arizona (we look forward to his victory among his peers on November 1st). We are blessed to have Luke in the family and look forward to him continuing to drive profitable, responsible growth!
