Engineering, sales, and support personnel have moved into their new offices, cranes and lifting equipment have been installed, dyno and testing equipment is setup, and engine packaging is now taking place.
The new expansion includes:
10,000 sq ft building
10,000 lb. overhead crane
Fully equipped fabrication/welding room
Paint booth
Engine dyno testing room
Built in air compressor with piping to each engine upfit station
10 separate engine build stations putting out a maximum of 40 engines/day
Engine offices and restrooms
Drive through service bay for loading and unloading
Kohler is introducing a line-up of high-performance batteries specifically designed for use in residential, commercial and industrial power generators. The new Kohler Genuine Batteries are engineered to deliver “optimal performance” in generator applications, helping end users to minimize the unplanned maintenance costs associated with battery under-performance and frequent replacement.
The batteries are available in three performance levels
– standard-duty, optimum-duty and heavy-duty. The standard-duty batteries are suitable for mobile generators and other smaller-sized units, the optimum-duty batteries are suited to critical-starting applications, and the heavy-duty batteries are designed for extreme temperatures, high vibration and frequent-use applications. “We’re pleased to offer this new aftermarket battery program in support of our distribution network – and their customers – throughout the United States and Canada,” said a spokesman for Kohler Power Systems.
KOHLER is pleased to announce the addition of a new 10-Year warranty for our Residential Generators.
The 10-year warranty is available on generators built after January 1, 2019 for North American Installations, and on units installed by KOHLER Authorized dealers.
