Loftin Equipment Co. Introduces New Director of Sales – Tom Kelly
Tom Kelly is a native of Arizona, growing up in Flagstaff and Tucson before moving to Phoenix in elementary school. Tom has over 30 years of sales, marketing, and management experience in consumer goods and the construction industry. Tom is a solution-based sales leader, strategic in driving multi-state sales territories for industry-leading organizations while building a strong cohesive sales force and team.
Tom worked for Campbell's Soup Company for 24 years and held numerous sales and management positions. One of Tom's highest accomplishments at Campbell's was being selected into "Campbell's Hall of Fame" for his sales accomplishments. His last position was at Marco Crane and Rigging as the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager. He was responsible for the execution and management of all sales, revenue goals, profit and loss, sales planning, team building, strategic marketing plans, and forecasting. Tom graduated from Northern Arizona University with a BS in Business Administration. Tom has been married to Colleen, his wife of twenty five years, they have two daughters Megan and Maura which are both attending college.
